maybe my stamina sucks, but after sq'ing i'm almost too crushed to do anymore gym activity...i know some peeps sq as their last exercise but i wanna be strongest at my sq so i do it first thing. goddamn 3 days later and I'm still wrecked, could barely get out of bed this morning...and I've been sq'ing heavy (for a lightweight non-juicer) for a few yrs now. seems like my body just gets distressed, regardless of condition.
am i gonna die?
