How long have I been dieting this way ? Well for years and years I did the low calorie fat free diet. I stayed at 500 calories a day for six days a week and had a cheat day - and I was about 120 pounds but 38% bodyfat.
Well now I am 140 and 23% bodyfat but I wanna drop more but I'm suck - I've been stuck here for about four months! Doing everything I can. I'm afraid that I am eating too much
But I guess I need to do more. I jsut want to have a perfect diet - and I'm not sure how to do that.
I never drink soda not even diet. Only water all the time.
Sunday is a cheat day. The whole day. Maybe I should keep it to a cheat meal???? it is usually the whole freakin day. I'm really strict during the week though.
