Does my everday diet need some changes ?

Im 5'9 150LBs 20 y/o Male was at 133 back in nov. gains are starting to slow

9 a.m. 3 packs quaker instant oatmeal made with a cup of whole milk
2 table spoons of barleans flaxseed oil
multi vit and ester c 1000mg

11am myoplex orginal ready to drink with banana

2pm
5 oz filet mignon
2/3 cup cooked brown rice

5pm 7oz teriaki chicken breast with 2/3 cup brown rice

6pm Workout
7:30pm teriaki chicken breast with 2 brown potatoes
10pm ready to drink myoplex

if there is anything you think i should add or take away please let me know this is my first post i have been lingering on here for awhile Thanks alot

are you a fan of tuna? or eggs? could you become one? just ruffly speaking id try to add them in. try to get a great source of protein in with each meal. so breakfast try and add 3-4 eggs or eggwhites maybe a can of tuna for a 2nd meal as well if you have time.

but in all reality you need to find out how many calories your currently taking daily. and if the gains have been slow throw in some more food..

a real quick one i liked while bulking what PB&jelly/honey sandwhiches on whole wheat. they arent very filling so throwing down 2 wouldnt be a problem thats a quick 600+ calories thats tasty and milk was always my friend
 
cottage cheese and tuna before bed
a scoop or 2 or whey on the oatmeal in the morning
8oz or more of meat in a meal

what ever brand of tuna or whey he is currently using
what ever meat he is eating now, up it to 8oz per meal
not hard to understand
