I could NOT touch my toes until after about a year of training, and I still tighen up to the point that I can't.
Flexibility is key for me, both for squatting and deadlifting, which I know means stretching, I just have a hard time doing it. It's not fun, it hurts, and I don't care much for it.
I've got a stretching secrets tape that Hannibal loaned me that I have yet to watch, but I know I need to. I know greater flexibility will help both my squat and dead to come up.
