I was wondering which food gives you the most energy
I’m absolutely drained from working a schedule at work
and the foods that they feed us for lunch are awful
most of the time I end up with stomach pain from it and I just have no energy
what is a good meal that I should be eating in work maybe I can suggest something to my bosses?

What food do they give you? Maybe you can choose better from the options?
