I was wondering if you guys completely cut dairy from your diets? I love cheese which i am sure alot of people do but having it once in a while wont make a drastic difference or will it?
i might have some cheese here and there, but for the most part dairy is not something i consume no
it is inflammatory, and also very difficult to digest
eat cheese before your workout and let me know how it works out for you, probably not good right? so if you like cheese stay away from it before your workouts at the very least.
and try and buy grassfed cheese or european cheese that is higher quality
