Do I need CKD?

I am going away for spring break and want to have a 6 pack by the time I go on Feb 26th and be pretty ripped. Right now I am about 170 10.5% BF. I am wondering when I should start cutting? Right now I am bulking. I have been bulking for about 3 months and in this time my abs have become more apparent but mostly this is only when I flex. My abs definitely are very hard when I flex but they have a 1/4 layer of fat covering them. I would like to know if it would be better for me to do a CKD or to just lower carbs to about 100gs a day (1/2 cup oatmeal for breakfast + Post workout dextrose 35g + a few other carbs) and keep fat and protein intake the same? If CKD is the way to go would 3 weeks be enough to get to 6-7% BF or will I need 4 or more weeks? If 3 will be enough I will just maintain for a week before I start. Also I plan to do HIIT 3 days a week and regular cardio 1-2 days a week on and empty stomach in the morning with just have some glutamine. Also I plan to take EC on all the days I do cardio during this time period. Would yhimburn be a good idea as well or a waste of money since I only have 4 weeks? Should I be able to achieve this goal by spring break if I can follow this plan?

Anything is possible - but the less time you have - the greater the stress on your system, etc.,

I would do as you suggested - and maintain for a week - then drop into a CKD for three weeks. That should do the trick nicely as long as you stay under maintenance calories. Don't drop calories too quickly, or too much, or you'll just shoot yourself in the foot.

Yohimburn would be a great idea - but I'd wait until you're closer to your target body fat % (e.g., use it as a "finishing touch" so to speak). Good luck!

Thank you for taking the time to read my lengthy post. Anyone have any other suggestions? I have been reading a little about TKD? Is there a forum on TKD? Would this be a better choice? I really want this to be as easy as possible without making me go nuts cause I know when I don;t have any carbs I get really realy cracnk y and nasty and my family threatens to kick me out lol. Would I be able to get the same results on a TKD as CKD in this short amount of time? Considering I have never done a a real low carb, (lowest I did was like 50 carbs a day but I couldn't maintain it because I don;t think I got anywhere near ketosis) it seems like if I had 30-50 grams of carbs post workout I would be able to get through these weeks real easily.

So you think the 10% is too high of a body fat for using yohimburn? When should I start using it? It seems like 3 weeks would be the absolute minimum to see any noticeable results on this stuff. ANd I am looking for more then noticeable results since I have never had a six pack and this is really the first opportunity where I think I am prett close to achieving this life long goal.

i know this shouldnt be the answer to everything, but why not try thermorexin or some eca stack to help you out?

Why not a TKD? I am just curious, care to elaborate? Is it because I don't have that much time or what. I understand if you do a TKD for like 8+ weeks you don't have weekly carb ups like a CKD and your thyroid can get fucked, but this is 3 weeks I am planning on, how fucked could it get in 3 weeks. I don't want unecessary problems if I can avoid them.

Also cold cut read the entire post because I already mentioned I will be taking EC

start using Yohimburn right now...10% bf is a great time to start. combined with a ckd diet, it should help...if you want to drop from 10% to 6% in 3 weeks...I think you need the ckd and the Yohimburn...you know how hard it is to loose those last 5-10 pounds of stubborn fat
