Me and 2 buddies did that once but we called the cops to pull the swerving (drunk) guy over.

Next time your brother may end up with a bullet in his chest. It's better to let the law handle it.

Not in this case. Had he not had the guy pull over, most certainly a bad wreck would have occured. Traffic was stopped for miles while the cops came. The guy had gone into insulin shock and the symptoms mimick that of a very drunk, incoherent driver. My brother pulled up beside the guy and motioned for him to roll down his window and then asked him if he was alright and then asked him to pull over to the side of the road. He said the man's life and probably other's as well.
