DNP, some warnings and observations

Ok You may have read my personal DNP log, my Clen log and what not. I want to give you a few pointers on things NOBODY told me.

After two on two off two on for Clen, I dropped 4 pounds, after 6 days of DNP, I dropped 8 pounds.

When I stopped my DNP early, it was due to not sleeping for 3 days straight. I did not feel that bad over all, warm, night sweats, but nothing drastic.

My mistake, and it should not be yours, was to take only a few days off before trying it again. I took 4 days off, and the next time I took it (only one 250mg tab), my body turned bright red, my skin was hot to the touch, registered 104 ON MY SKIN with a kid's forehead thermometer. I could not stand because I was so dizzy. I definately was dehydrating, even with keeping a gallon of water bedside and guzzling a half gallon at night. No sweats. I was taking just about every vitamin and suppliment reccomended by other users, but seriously, it took me an hour to get the strength to get out of bed to piss, and I was so dizzy, I almost fell off the toilet. I just could not stand to pee, I would fall over.

I had a headache that was a million times worse than any migrane I ever had. I coughed non-stop, which is great with a headache. Shortness of breath, chest pains, my feet tingled for 20 minutes non-stop. I am sure you all know what it feels like if you do an injection badly, that soreness and deep tissue bruise, well I had that exact feeling on my left glute, and I never injected there, but that is exactly what it felt like.

My eyes hurt, were dry and I had blurred vision. Everything had a yellow cast.

Everything I thought about eating made me feel sick. My friend suggested a slice of pizza, and i nearly vomited at the thought. i had to force myself to eat the only thing i could, tuna and take mrp's.

I asked a friend, who took 40mcgs of clen and 200mgs of DNP on the same day. He said he had the same feelings and he swore off stacking DNP and Clen, well you'd have to be stupid to think that is a good idea anyway.

Cliff notes:
1)dnp works
2)dnp does not play well with others
3)dnp needs a LONG off cycle
4)if you ignore #3, you'll have serious problems: redness, insomnia, diziness, skull splitting headache, cough, short breath, tingling, fever, eyes sore, blurred vision, NO strength, tremors

Man, and would you say it was worth it? Losing 8 pounds...
 
I wouldn't touch that shit. I spit on it. There are a very few things that I will not put in my body, 1) dnp, 2) Black licorice, 3)bleach.

Well yes, if you do it all at once not take a day off and start again. If you keep the levels constant in your body, it may be better. I think as it works its way out of your system, that is when the immune system hits the crapper and you are vulnerable to everything.

Satch you and I agree on a lot of things. It did work, but it did cause problems with the one thing peeps never told me...

I love black licorice. And again it was the short off time that screwed me.
 
It has been posted more than once, that combining dnp with anything else that raises body temp, is beyond retarded, so anyone combining the two obviously didnt take the time to research it properly.
Not to mention, anyone with some knowlege of diet, can lose tons of weight using either nothing, or ECA or clen, to be so lazy as to feel you need to combine ANYTHING with dnp, well that kind of just goes without saying
 
Hmmm. I did a quick fat burning cycle using DNP/T-3/ephedrine for a week and it worked fine for me. I guess everything effects people differently.
 
The main thing to learn from all this is everybody is different. I've taken ECA, Clen, T3, AAS, had the diet dialed in, did cardio, weight training and everything......the whole nine yards. I lost fat, but nothing spectacular. Someone may come on and post a reply like "well maybe your diet wasn't right." "How much T3 did you take?" "What was your macronutrient ratios?" Whatever. The bottom line is everybody is not the same. The human body wasn't designed to carry extremely low bodyfats. Especially mine.

I gain fat easily, and it is hard for me to lose.

I've used DNP several times. For me, it's worth it. Yes it does suck most of the time when you're on it. But, once again, for me it's worth it. It works for me. I know the sides and understand and respect the risks.

Some people come on here and say "I'd never take such and such", "I'd never put such and such in my body." It reminds me of Chris Rock's "Bring the Pain." For those who've seen it remember the part where he says he has an uncle (or cousin or something) that he says "is a junkie alchoholic, but he doesn't eat pork 'cause pork's no good for you."

It's the same concept here. Clen and ECA stacks do affect the CNS. The dangers are very low, but for some people they could cause a serious risk. We aren't saving the whales here guys. We're talking about AAS, hGH, insulin, how to stack this, how to stack that. DNP is just another piece of the puzzle. It's just another chemical some of us use to reach our goals. Like any chemical we ingest, we have to know the risks and boundaries. If you don't know them don't partake in them.

I agree with you to a certain extent. DNP use was excepted years and years ago by some weight specialists. But anything that comes close to a LD50 rating I stay away.
 
I agree with you to a certain extent on that. People say with LD50 being so close to effective dose scares them away. But the effective does varies depending on who you ask. And that's not including taking into account the LD50 is accurate for DNP.

I tend to disagree with this. I personally gain bf brutally easily, and have typically always had a hell of a time losing it. Anytime I ever dieted down, I killed myself doing cardio 2 and 3 times daily, on top of regular workouts, along with a diet that i was sure was "dialed in". And no matter what I did, I could get down to around 8% bf, then thats it, no matter what I tried after wards
Then I got a trainer to design a proper diet for me, and in 16 weeks went from 13-3% bodyfat, without using anything like dnp, just clen and ECA. So if I can do it, anyone can, it just takes a proper diet, and I mean proper, and discipline. Thats not to say I havent tried dnp, as I have many times since then, but I can still get that low without it

Well satch I am going to say, I am 100% sure that you never in you life have any experaince with DNP... Remember you ULTIMATE cutting cycle that involved 20 weeks of DNP. LOL man, then you say it overated??? I think the primo is going to your head. DNP is great for fat loss, even better stacked with slin to bridge cycles... DNP is dangerous if you are a freaking moron that does'nt respect the power of the DRUG and how it works.

as for you taste-icles I am willing to bet moeny your dizzyness was casue by severe dehydration alonmg with being extremly hypo-glycminc. Casue that is why and how DNP works. DNP is by far the most powerful fat loss drug in the world if you ask me!
 
I cant fucking believe you took ANYTHING else with DNP. The "bitch" needs to be taken alone, end of story. Its dangerous, but HIGHLY effective. NOTHING lets you loose a lb a day except DNP. YOu must be careful.
No more than 400mg a day for 8-10 days along with quercertin. Time on should equal time off for DNP as well. 8-10 days is plenty of time to clear.
Stay hydrated as well.
Always start with 200mg to test tolerance.
Ive done a few cycles always with fantastic results. The shit is hell (makes you smell bad too and sweat like a mutha), but fat loss is worth it.
 
i thought dnp was worth it too.... till it started giving me oozing blisters that lasted weeks everytime I used it.... Don't know any other drug that can do that.
 
ALL I did was sweat and feel like SH*T!!! :( Stay AWAY from DNP!!!! (I did get down to 02.9% bf, but it was NOT worth the misery!)

2.9% that is f'n str8 crazy dude. Good lord, eat a cheeseburger!!! lol
