DMK's PROJECT BEAST

Ok sorry for the delay in this !! My life is so hectic these days.

Well training all going really well adding weekly.
Here's a couple numbers for an idea of where I am.
Bench 75.kg 165lbs.
Arnold press. 22.5kg 49lbs
Squat 80kg 177lbs
Seated bull bar row 80kg 177lbs
Shrugs bb 110kg 243lbd
Ez curls 40kg 88lbs

Im happy with these though 1 thing is the rack pulls are proving pretty difficult
I'm working with form that dam curve is back as I get higher than 100 kg but bare with me I will fix this.

I'm also training with my girl which I'm really enjoying it's a great opportunity for me to get the practice in before my job in jan.

Dam gurl you looking bitchin! Arm and traps and ft delts too. TITZ!

The reason for the feet back under your azz is that way you can also push thu your feet. The bench press is a Whole Body lift and should be done as such.
 
Hey Zed thanks so much for that!!
Ok well we now have to train evenings so I think my body is kinda confuses by this. I was lagging today after lifting 6 then 4 reps @ 67.5 kg last wk I today struggled to get them out @ 75kg , guna keep pushing though as this has to be done to accommodate my work. Tendon feeling better also trap too. So just Gota get through this change in time lol. Also I'm at wk ten of test so now Gota take 5 wks off hoping to not lose too much strength but have a plan if I do Thanks to my friend Radar he me mentioned half the weight I'm struggling with then hit ten sets of ten for two weeks then should get me through that plateau ..

It's true! I did some squats butt naked the other day. My form was PERFECT! (Zed says I don't gave to show him the vid cos he knows I don't have probs with technique) lmao!!

Hey you crazy lot !!
Zed I have removed the rack pulls from my programme with still having problems with my trap Nd
tendon I thought it was best to get them sorted. As my my programme is now free from the rows and rack pulls things are feeling a whole lot better ,I'm now into my second week of 5 test free , you think I should add some ketanadrol or beast to kick in my next cycle? I've kinda lost a lil strength but nothing to bad so far.
Hope your all well. As usual I'm so rushed off my feet I'm finding it hard fitting everything in I'm now working an average 40hour wk and still training .
 
Hey boobsy gr8 to hear from you suga.
I would use the Beast and save the Kat for when you decide to cut.
Good on dropping the rack pulls and rows. Better to drop a few lifts and keep training then to have to stop dead in your tracks.
Glad to hear that your working suga. Beats hell out of the alternative.
