Zed I have removed the rack pulls from my programme with still having problems with my trap Nd
tendon I thought it was best to get them sorted. As my my programme is now free from the rows and rack pulls things are feeling a whole lot better ,I'm now into my second week of 5 test free , you think I should add some ketanadrol or beast to kick in my next cycle? I've kinda lost a lil strength but nothing to bad so far.
Hope your all well. As usual I'm so rushed off my feet I'm finding it hard fitting everything in I'm now working an average 40hour wk and still training .
