I was wondering some of the ways everyone benches. I have heard of the floor presses, bands, chains and board presses. The only one I have ever tried is the bands. Which works better or do all work? I need to try something different. Also, I have been training for my first powerlifting meet and I have been doing all my bench in the pause form. Should I pause every time or shoud I incorporate touch and go along with it? I'm just trying to get as much info about this sport as I can so I can achieve my maxium potiental!!
