Hey guys,
I am currently cutting on a ketogenic diet with good results. I have always been very carb sensitive and found my body responds best to low carb/High fat/High Pro diet with a small carb up(One big carb meal) a week. This is while cutting. When I was simply training for size, the only difference was more calories from fat and pro during the week and a larger clean carb up once a week.
My question is: Should I simply stick to a similar diet set up whilst On a cycle(500mg/wk test only)? obviously with more calories... I know that the main macro to increase is protein, while on a cycle. Or should/could I simply afford to add in more carbs or carb up days so effectively cycle my carbs due to my metabolism been increased. I am really worried about gaining fat back on and I am very sensitive to carbs, as I mentioned.
