Hey guys im just still working on my diet until i get it to where i want it........so i was wondering since i aint looking to be CUTTTTTT UPPPP and RIPPPPPPPED just have like 30waist or 31 is it okay to eat deli meat such as turkey on whole wheat bread for like the 3rd meal of the day ,middle of the day..........
i dont really care about sodium content ,and doing like 1/3 ratio diet so the carbs in whole wheat bread seem okay as long as the match the carb count of the day?
morning cardio 3x a week and lifting 3x aweek separate days....
