after my normal lifting session, i either have an xplosive sprinting training session, or agilities.

with the running sessions i am unable to have my postworkout meal within in hour of my last set, is it ok to have it imediatley after my running session???

i lift 4 days a week and have runnign werkouts 5 days a week..how many carbs should i eat i the course of a day, and should i restirct carbs only after my werkouts??

i have triplethreat for breakfast in milk wich gives me 35 grams of carbs, should i add oatmeal to get more
carbs??

what r some things i should and shouldent b eating??
i eat 6 clean meals a day.

should i b eating a diet that is kinda of inbeetween a bulkin and a cutting phase, or stricly more of a bulking diet????

thank you

Here is what I would do:

After your excercise session(lifting and running) have a huge post workout meal, like 100-130 grams of dextrose or maltodextrin and 50-80 grams of protein. Do this after all excercise sessions, If you have a shorter excercise session some days, for example less than 1 hour, then maybe have 100 grams of carbs and 50 of protein.

I would only eat high GI carbs after working out. The rest of the day, for example breakfast, I would just eat oatmeal as the carb source. Normally, I would say discount the carbs in the protein, but in the case of triple threat, it has an awful lot of carbs compared to other protein on the market, but I guess it should still be ok.

This is just an idea, If you don't feel right doing this, then don't. You gotta find what works best for you, if eating like this will affect your performance, then I wouldn't do it.

I would eat an Isocaloric diet, 1/3 calories from each macronutrient(fat, carbs, protein).

What is your diet like now

diet..

when i wake up 5 grams glutamine
15 minutes later triple threat

2nd meal sandwich(turkey, veal, chicken, tunafish, pbj) fruit
3rd meal sandwich fruit
glutamine, dimmax creatine(preworkout

post workout meal 2 servings whey 5 gram glutamine banana 2 cups milk, and honey before i ran out
1 hour later- dinner, hambergers, steak, chicken
i try to cut down on carbs this meal.

last meal.. either whey protein or another triple threat

before bed another 5 grams of gluatmine

im running out of glutamine so i need more and i think
im going to try flax seed oil. bothj from the protein factory.
i ordered prolab creapure last monday and it still hasent come im waiting on that i will bout of dimax soon.

how many of the meals should i add oatmeal too???
how much flax should i use in a day.

my future post workout shake

2 servings of whey 2 cups of milk banana honey, 5 grams creatine, 5 grams of glutamine.

thanx

for my future postworkout shake should i use more then2 cups of milk

maybe 2 1\2 or 3???

suggestions???

A better post workout meal, especially with all the excercise you are doing, would be Dextrose(or maltodextrins) and protein powder.

Most people don't advise milk as a post workout food choice, but any other part of the day, milk is ok.

Dextrose is glucose, the most abundent indrigent in Cell-Tech. They sell it in powdered form at supplementdirect.com and I've heard local brewery supply stores carry it too, I wouldn't pay more than a dollar a pound for it.

Maltodextrins are glucose too, but they aren't simple carbs, there complex, but it doesn't make much a difference in insulin spiking ability. At supplementdirect, they are more expensive, I think because they label it being a complex carb. Maybe at a brewery place they would have it cheaper. Either one is good for postworkout.

so what should my postworkoutshake consist of??

will honey help spike insulin levels???

for prewerkout..can i mix creatine and glutamine together in grape jiuice

A good postworkout meal on the days you do weight lifting and sprinting or agillities in the same time period would be 115-130 grams of carbs and 60-80 grams of protein.

On the days you do only one workout(lifting or running) or do them seperatly,I would have have 80-100 grams of carbs and 40-50 grams of protein.

I don't know anything about honey, so I can't answer that.

I don't see any reason why you can't mix creatine and glutamine together with grape juice, but why would you want to drink grape juice pre workout? Grape juice is a high GI carb

I dont know much about creatine though, maybe it requires a high GI carb, does it make a difference whether you have it pre or post workout?
