Diet help/advice needed.....!!!

BUBBLES

Hi
Please I need some help/advice on how to lose 6 kgs of fat and replace it with muscle!!!!

I am 56kgs, 5'5''...go to the gym 6 days a week (sometimes 7).

Mon - Chest, Bicepts, Cardio -40 mins treadmill, ecliptical rider, bike
Tue - Legs, Calves, Abs
Weds - Cardio, Abs
Thurs - Shoulders, Triceps, Cardio
Fri - Back Lower back, Abs
Sat - Cardio, Abs
Sun - Cardio (if I can make it!!)

My Tania scales are saying that I am 32.5% BF...this is weird because the calculators that I use on the net say that I am 24% BF (don't know which one to trust!)

My diet is this per day:
Meal 1 Oats 25gr
Orange juice 125ml
3 Egg whites

Meal 2 Chicken breast 65 g
100g brocolli and colliflower
Flexseed oil 1/2tsp

Meal 3 Chicken breast 65 g
Brown rice 50gr

Meal4 protein Powder 20g (low in carbs)
OJ 125ml
H2O 125ml

Meal 5 Tune 65g
120 g brocolli or other vegies
1/2 tsp sunflower oil

Meal 6 Prot drink 20 g
2 or 3 tsp PB

In total approx 1200 cals a day...

Could anyone please give me some hints why the 6kgs fat won't go away. I feel like I am stuck. Sometimes I rotate where I eat more fat and less carbs or more carbs and less fat - but never go above 1250 cals a day...

Your help is much appreciated. Thanks....

I'd recommend that you decrease your carb intake and possibly look in to Thermorexin and/or Clen.

Thank you I will try your suggestion.
At the moment I am on about 80g carbs a day.
What is the lowest gms of carbs I can go to without getting too lethargic/tired?

BEFORE you lower your carbs to nothing, a few questions. Lowering carbs to nothing and taking supplements is NOT necesarily the answer.

How long have you been following this eating plan?

How often do you refeed or cheat on the diet?

How long have you been following this training plan?

When you lift, what do you do (weights, reps, sets, exercises)?

Quick Notes:
--You need rest days. Do not work out 7 days a week. Results from lifting come during rest days, not in the gym. If you don't let your body recover, you are inhibiting your results.

--You cannot "change" muscle into fat or fat into muscle. They are two separate substances. You can reduce your amount of fat while increasing muscle. This is make a difference in your body.
--I do not know conversions. Do you know how much you weigh in pounds? :)

Yeah, I'm in the USA also, I never learned the metric system. How many pounds are you??

Adding muscle will cause you to AUTOMATICALLY burn more calories. If you are already consuming only 80g carbs per day, I wouldn't decrease them further at this point.

You may want to drop the OJ....you may want to add a healthy fat at the first meal like flax meal in your oatmeal....Also, your calories may be too low for you -- 1200 cals per day is pretty low for someone as active as you. You may want to up your cals a little & maybe add some extra protein.

RE: the Tanita scales -- I have one & they are horribly inaccurate!! I am always 37% bodyfat on mine, which is impossible.....

I have been following this eating plan for 4 weeks now and I have a cheat day every Sunday. The training plan I have had it for 4 weeks too. And the lifting weight varies depending on the body part. IE I would lift about 40lb for abs but only about 10kgs for legs. Or 15kgs for ticepts and biceps.

DOes the weigh have to be all the same for all the muscles to have a proportionate muscular looking body???

I don't think we have the Thermorexin and/or Clen available in Australia!!! I used Hidroxycut 3 years ago when the formula was still strong but now the formula has changed and it has no effect on me anymore. I tried Optedrine and Thermocuts and they do not work either :(, in fact they have the opposite effect and make me really tired!
