To all of you who work 10 plus hours a day, what do you do to maintain a good diet. I have had trouble lately with this. I got the protien bars & shakes, but damn this shit gets old quick. Do you take lunch / snack to work? What do you take? My job doesn't alloy me much time to eat during the day and we only have a microwave to cook with.

make and pack your meals the night before and put them in a tupperware to warm up in microwave. and lots of turkey sandwiches

Im a server and a bartender so i know how you feel. I sometimes have to work 14hrs straight. I grilled some marinated chicken and lean steak, put it in tubawear and heat it up. steak tho tastes great cold. Also if your bulking you could get Meal replacement powder and add some whey to it, get a drink container and bring that too. Packs lots of cals and protein.

I work in an office....so I pack all my food the night before..it helps that we have a small refirgerator and a microwave as well..I take it you do some sort of "oustside" work..

I do outside work and my best friend is a small cooler that can hold 3 meals or so. That and a thermos and you are set man.

Like the above said I make and pack all my meals before heading to work. I go to the gym, then to work, then back to the gym, and then home. So I'm pretty busy. I bring 4 meals with me and eat two at home.

I’ll normally cook 10 chicken breasts on the grill on Sunday and have them as meals during the week. I’ll also hard boil a few dozen eggs as well. I just make a few meals the night before and put everything in a small cooler for the next day.

Meal replacement bars can get real $$$$

Agree with all the above.

I am married so I always make extra of what I am cooking for dinner so there is leftovers for the next day.

IE a bigger steak, extra chicken breast, extra pasta, etc. Plus its always gopod to have sliced turkey at home to munch on or make a sandwich.

God how I would love my own deli meat slicer!! I could save a fortune!
