Hey folks,

Been on the following diet the last several months and it's done a great job of lowering my BF from 12.1 to 9.5% as of January 6.

0330 - 7 whites and 1 yolk, 1 cup Oatmeal
0615 - 5 oz chicken breast, 5 oz sweet potato
0845 - Myoplex or Lean Mass Matrix and 1 small apple
1115 - same as above
1345 - 6 oz Eye of round, 3/4 cup of brown rice and green veggie
1615 - same as 0615 meal
1815 - 6 oz white fish and mixed greens.

Currently cutting with 1 cc winni and 1cc FINA EOD for the next 40 days ( 20 cc total for each)

Due to my work schedule the eating times and meals worked great for me. Question is:

What food do I need to add to start gaining more lean muscle and still keeping my BF the same or lowering another 1-1.5%?

Current stats - 164, 9.5% BF, 55 years old

to gain lean muscle mass add more protein and good fats to your diet to bump up your calorie intake, and continue to eat cleanly the way you have been doing.
