There is a really old tren ace thread here... Zyglamail I think wrote it... He came up with a graph that plotted 75mg tren ace ED vs 150 EOD in terms of blood level consistency

With the EOD dosing, there was some upper range fluctuation however the ED dosing was very even.

I've believed that the even blood levels would help reduce sides but never considered uneven blood levels might create a "crash" perception - however minimal the fluctuation. I don't think it would be appreciable but I'm taking a shot in the dark.

Liked the diet sample you posted as well, very thorough

dont waste your almonds in your shake.they go in a baggy to carry with you.to eat when needed.

I changed this a bit, I went to 3 days low carbs one day high, but this was the diet I started with. The numbers are messed up cause I copied and pasted it but you can see what each meal consisted of. On low carb days the only carb I had was broccoli and on high carb days I replaced the broccoli with yams. So less than 100 carbs on low days, most coming after I work out and on high days it was about 150-200. And myu protein moved up to over 300g.

Bro,

I dont like almonds AT ALL!!! Thats why i buy the crushed ones and add to shake. You think cashews aere a decent sub?

Thanks. All of these pics are from at least a year ago. I look about the same now, maybe not quite as jacked. I think those pics were from towards the end of a Test/Eq cyc.

Honestly my diet has never been anything elaborate, then or now. To get lean I typically eat a shitload of shakes all day (until I'm nauseous) and half portions of the meals I do eat. Throw in some cardio and really consistent workouts and I get to about 10% bf. To get lower I'll have to actually step up in the diet dept.

Is everyone already aware of the trick of using a slin pin, back-loaded with tren for the ed injects? The needle is so small there's no scarring, etc. You just have to make sure you sink it so that you're IM not Sub-Q.

bout there.im a little depleted today but im carbing up now.ill weigh in about 7pm hope to weigh 181-182.long as im sliced and diced.the legs still need to be drier.but this is the best i can do now.
