I used prop a few years ago and couldn't deal with the pain cause I couldn't train legs. I took years off and just haven't tried prop again since I started back up.

I was always skinny as hell. 9th grade I was 4'10 79lbs lol Just to get an idea... but the only problem area ive ever had was lower abs, which is generally the hardest spot for guys to lose that last bit anyway. Im gettin there...havent been doing much cardio lately anyway, starting next week im gonna do some HIIT and see where it goes from there. As long as any of us that dont have those sick genetics stay focused and motivated in what we are doing, we will be just fine.

I have good genetics so I get 15i%sh in the off-season. 15%ish if fat for me. However, I have friends with horrible genetics and they don't have an issue. My friend is a fat ass....get like 250 in the off season not taking anything and diets down to 200 for a contest and ASS help but it is all diet. Bro, if you are on shit you should be able to get leaner than 15% very, very easy. You need to look into your diet etc. PM me your current diet if you would like some help.

I keep hearing its all in the diet and I am just not convinced. I must be missing something here. I eat clean (rarely eat out) but I still cant cut up the way I want. I would really appreciate it if anyone could look over my diet and give me some pointers.

My goal is to cut up as much as possible:

7:00
1 regular pancake with regular peanut butter on it (pancake is made with 1:1 ratio brown flour to protien powder)
4 egg whites scrambled
1 cup coffee

9:00
protien shake

10:00
workout

11:30
regular serving of chicken breast and green beans(olive oil on the veges)

15:00
burger made from lean ground beef and green beans(olive oil on the veges)

18:00
4 egg whites scrambled
1 cup decaf coffee
1 regular pancake with regular peanut butter on it (pancake is made with 1:1 ratio brown flour to protien powder)

20:00
protien shake

* I will have a handfull of almonds or other nuts 1-2 daily also.

6 meals with high protien moderate carbs and low fat (all from good sources)

imo, not enough good fats. your omega ratio is completely off and that is a big issue with fat burning. the stand alone protein shakes are practically a waste as they are predigested and raced right through you without even stimulating the metabolism. i would add 5 to 8 grams of fish oils or udos choice blend to both shakes. also, that doesnt seem like alot of protein to me. 4 egg whites equals 14 grams of protein. 6 ounces of chicken is around 40. 1 lean burger could be 30 to 40. thats not ideal really. its very clean and healthy but not perfect. ive had the same issues in the past. balancing the fats did amazing shit for me. as did carb/calorie cycling. i would drop the pancake and go with oats too. look up carb cycling. its very effective. you shouldnt be eating the same amounts everyday or you plateau.

Jager, I saw like a hundred or two posts ago you mentioned you felt the tren level fall off 12 hours or so after inject, so would it be better to pin before workout or is okay to do it after workout(am workouts) atleast that its everyday?

actually your right, I tried carb cycling (last week 1 dropped my carbs for 4-5 days and saw some pretty good results, i'll try it again). I'll throw in a fish oil capsule for every meal, that should up the oil ratio, what do you think? any other suggestions? thanks

yea, each cap is 1 gram so add some in. carb cycling works great. after a few weeks you'll plateau again. drop 200 calories from your daily intake then and you'll continue to progress.
