Bro, Ive done the sust/deca/dbol thing and bloated up and gotten bigger. Ill tell you right now, the strength ive gained on this cycle, without holding any water, is as much if not more so far than that. I have no desire to be big just to be big, which is why I chose to run a cycle that would give me purely lean body mass. Which it has..im a little guy, 5'6 on a good day, and my natural body weight is in the 140's where I plateau. After my last football injury (torn labrum and knee scope) I was down to 134. I worked my ass off to get back to 150, and then started back up and im at 165 now. Not in shape? At 165 I put up 300 6 times yesterday.. and Im blowing past ever corner that tries to cover me, as well as knocking bigger LB's on their ass. I got 10 weeks left of sust and EQ, one more week running tren. Ill be in the 170's, and under 10% bf easily. So whatever your goals are, do me a favor and dont attempt to knock mine when I know exactly what I want out of my work, and your out of your mind to think for a second Im out of shape or Im doing something I shouldnt. Ive got my diet, my workout, and my lifestyle in check and you seem to be the only one who has had anything negative to say. Everybody else seems to see the progression from my pics, and walking around work and life outside of EF, Ive been getting plenty of comments. Im more then comfortable where Im at... and know exactly where Im going to be.
