Eric - Im on a Keto diet its workin great. Only carbs I have is 15g oats PWO+vegetables. I eat a lot of good fats (ie nuts) and monitor ketosis with ketostics. I gained about 9lbs lean muscle in 5 weeks + dropped a lot of fat.
Sayin that, I had been on a bulking diet I gues I would have gained 20lbs!
