A cup of oats in the am or something like that is ok, but other than that what I find that works best for me is high protein, moderate fats (good fats aka olives, nuts, natty peanut butter etc.) and lower carbs (good carbs only). Not sure how much you weigh, but 2-2.5 g of protein per lb body weight and if you figure out your bmr you know where to work with in terms of calories. Your split and content sound pretty good, i would lower the carbs tho.

Eric - Im on a Keto diet its workin great. Only carbs I have is 15g oats PWO+vegetables. I eat a lot of good fats (ie nuts) and monitor ketosis with ketostics. I gained about 9lbs lean muscle in 5 weeks + dropped a lot of fat.

Sayin that, I had been on a bulking diet I gues I would have gained 20lbs!

For anyone interested, here is another update pic. 5 days from the last one.

I ran Tren w/ Test P for 22 weeks. Added almost 50 kilos to my total. Also went down a weigh class.

Below is 1 yr diff. I ran Tren for the majority of the year, and DO NOT eat clean EVER. I stay around 3500-4000 cals a day dfuring the week and closer to 6k on the weekends.

I typically run it at 50mg/day for 4 weeks, 75mg/day for 4 weeks, 100mg/day for 4 weeks, and then stop taking it for 5-8 weeks.

I stay on Test.

God damn. Amazing progress.

Thanks bro... workin my ass off and trying to keep the diet clean as possible. Still got another 9 weeks left of the sust and EQ too. Tren run is almost over tho. :(
 
Definitely feeling good to hear that, and to see the results. When you are looking every day it gets harder to notice, so getting good feedback always helps. Still got a ways to go...but I have to figure out whether I should just go the 6 weeks I planned to with the tren and let the sust and EQ do its thing for the remaining 10, or if I should pop another ace and run that for 3 more weeks. I think maybe Ill save it for the next one and cruise with 500mg sust and 400mg eq. The eq is only just starting to kick in, so Im sure now that Ive "transformed" my body structure, the sust and eq should do some justice.
