Exactly, its basically walking or light jogging for 60-90 seconds, followed by high intensity springs for 30 seconds...on and off like that for 20-30 minutes. Supposedly doesnt eat muscle, and will be good for my stamina for football anyway. Im at the point now where it will take a little cardio to really cut down bf to about 8% where I would like it to be, and my strength gains are still rising... banged out my max 3 times more than last time. Woulda gone up more but had nobody there to spot me. Im starting to get real happy now, and it seems now that my bf was getting cut and lbm was gaining I was kind of at a weight plateau. Last couple of days I went up another 3 lbs with no water bloat.
