did tren tranform your body?

Still deciding how I wanna play it. Its the same thing everyone goes through, dont wanna run it too long this time around, but i dont want to have to wait so long before next time. haha I think Im gonna just stay disciplined, stick to what I planned originally, and save these two vials of ace for the next run. I still got plenty to go with the EQ and Sust...so we'll see how it goes. Im very pleased where its taken me now, and I know when I start doing my HIIT deal a few times a week Ill be right where I wanna be. Since Ive been doing the ace, hex, enth mix..the prop will be gone but Ill still have it in my system from the hex and enth. Since you've been running ace you can go a couple more weeks..
 
Exactly, its basically walking or light jogging for 60-90 seconds, followed by high intensity springs for 30 seconds...on and off like that for 20-30 minutes. Supposedly doesnt eat muscle, and will be good for my stamina for football anyway. Im at the point now where it will take a little cardio to really cut down bf to about 8% where I would like it to be, and my strength gains are still rising... banged out my max 3 times more than last time. Woulda gone up more but had nobody there to spot me. Im starting to get real happy now, and it seems now that my bf was getting cut and lbm was gaining I was kind of at a weight plateau. Last couple of days I went up another 3 lbs with no water bloat.

you are looking dry for being on sust. dude, you look right there man, 12% ish, i don't see your abs, but i think your body type is the type that abs won't show until your shredded.

for cobracock, bro i seriously think your 13-15%, you have some fat in your handles, i know they arent sticking out but it's there bro, and as someone else put you have lower belly fat also sitting there. not trying to ridicule, just giving my opinion from a pic. keep at it though, your close man, abs are showing bro. it's a great feeling. mine have never shown and they are popping in a little.
 
Yeah..I think the tren and eq has been keeping me real dry, that and Ive avoided any kind of salt and running an AI throughout. Also I think splitting up shots eod has giving me less bloat than in the past when shooting twice a week. Gotta really start hitting up abs, i tend to get lazy with that at the end of a workout after I killed myself. They are coming in, just gonna take some extra work to get em where Id like.

You are ficken kidding me. Looking at those pics it doesn't look you take anything nor should even consider taking anything. You are not even in shape. Dude, what is your diet like? Do you drink alcohol?
