DEFINATLEY A BUMP HERE, if you get fatty looking areas to the sides of the nips and around the nips without the warning signs, itchness etc, is it possible it can come without these symptons? Pics could help

A number of quick observations:

First like everyone in this sport I am very self critical.

Second on d-bol everything, has become bloated including my tits, I feel like the Pillsbury doughboy, even thought guys at the gym are giving me compliments
