OK suga how long you been on your current program?
Also on that test prop if you dont have any objection to pinning that much IMO you should do 5mg/day and hit 35mg/week. With prop you are right it is fast acting as dam near instant. This will also keep you blood levels more stable, which in turn means that you will not have the mood swings. Let me know your thoughts plz.

Thanks for your help Zed I don't mind the jabs. However I already done 20 today. I will keep a real close eye on it any strange sides I will stop. Think I should be ok.

Ok if you are doing 3x10@100 for normal shrugs then you should be doing at least 135+ on your power shrugs, hence the POWER in power shrugs:heart:.
Your power shrugs are an explosve movement using everything you have in you to do it... Just fyi.

:rainbow: Hey!! yeah got that noted thanks Zed , The only problem i have getting past 100 on power shrugs is my grip isnt quite strong enough i can only manage a couple before i have to let go.
And also as promised this :verygood: morning i pm'd MMB bout the test no reply as yet but will let you know when she does.
I think I'm on week four now I will check and get bk to ya! .....thank you Zed

Hey Zeddie...just noticed that you responded to me on here. I said I was going to do the SL 5x5 program but after the first day I felt like I wasn't doing enough. Give me the lowdown on 5x5. If I do it just as it's written for 12 weeks, straight up hardcore, will I gain muscle mass? I want to lean out and gain mass. Should I give 5x5 a chance? Will doing it also give me gains in bis and tris?

Give me the 411 Zed.

Get some cheap straps. Dont let your grip hold the rest of you back suga!
