Hey Chief! I have a couple of questions about the 5x5 if you wouldn't mind helping me out..Ok so the prog says add 5lb per wk 10lb on deadlifts we work in kg's so would it be ok add 3kg's 7lbs as thats the smallest weights we have and 5kg's (12lbs) instead of 10lbs?.
Also it mentions to start certain exercises with just the weight of the Olympic bar is that just for people that are just starting out lifting could I start lifting half my weight I can lift now and move up..... Thanks Zed!............I'm going to print pages 41=49 out and take it with me to the gym until i get used to the routine ..........Can't wait haha

Your pretty well seasoned so that much of a jump should be ok.

Yeah Ive been thinking about this and you. I think that should be fine for you to start at half the weight in your program.
Like I said before, at the beginning just do 1 or 2 more sets cuz its gonna feel really light to you.

Add in what you feel you can do.
So if that means 7x5 on OHP then fine, and then if you feel like doing something like 6x5 on bench thats fine too.
So get at least your 5x5 in on each excersize, then if you have more in you just add sets to each excersize that you feel like.
Some you will and some you wont.
