Hey Chief! I have a couple of questions about the 5x5 if you wouldn't mind helping me out..Ok so the prog says add 5lb per wk 10lb on deadlifts we work in kg's so would it be ok add 3kg's 7lbs as thats the smallest weights we have and 5kg's (12lbs) instead of 10lbs?.
Also it mentions to start certain exercises with just the weight of the Olympic bar is that just for people that are just starting out lifting could I start lifting half my weight I can lift now and move up..... Thanks Zed!............I'm going to print pages 41=49 out and take it with me to the gym until i get used to the routine ..........Can't wait haha
