Also on that test prop if you dont have any objection to pinning that much IMO you should do 5mg/day and hit 35mg/week. With prop you are right it is fast acting as dam near instant. This will also keep you blood levels more stable, which in turn means that you will not have the mood swings. Let me know your thoughts plz.

Hey!! yeah got that noted thanks Zed , The only problem i have getting past 100 on power shrugs is my grip isnt quite strong enough i can only manage a couple before i have to let go.
