It depends on how bad it is. If you feel discomfort when you do deadlift and after training, you have a problem with your back it is better to stop doing this exercise or try to decrease weights. I don't use deadlifts in my training program at all and I know a lot of people who do the same so it is not so important. There are a lot of other different back exercises so you can just replace it.I get really sore back when I deadlift. Not even squat just deadlift. Anyway, I can work around this to improve the problem? Any recommendations???
