I swear I feel stronger. I have been eating more food and 'trying' to get more sleep lately. I have also lowered the volume in my training for a few weeks and I can feel some benefit.
I got a new set of heavy bands and I took a piece of carpet off of my box so it is now about 1/2" lower than it was...maybe 1". It actually feels better (it did last night anyway).
Box Squats
258 + heavy bands (tight) x 2 x 6 sets (45 sec rest between sets)
Set 3
Set 4
365 Plus heavy bands, felt VERY easy and fast
435 Plus Heavy Bands, PR!!!! Felt fairly easy also. I want 500 plus bands!!!!
Sumo Speed Pulls
300 x 1 x 3 sets (30 sec rest between sets)
350 x 1 x 3 sets (30 sec rest between sets)
Pull Throughs
Heavy band x 6 x 3 sets (30 sec rest between sets)
Band Ham Curls
Light band x 15 x 2 sets (one leg at a time)
2 Light bands x 8 x 1 set (one leg at a time)
Leg Extensions
50 x 25 x 2 sets (very light and easy)
Calves (2 sets)
Abs (something new I found on the WSB video)
2 sets of 15 with 2 mini bands
Light stretching with the bands...felt VERY good. They have lots of stretches on the WSB videos that I believe are VERY good to use.
