[FONT="]has anyone ever tried doing a dumbbell press/fly, pretty much a combo of a fly and a press[/FONT]
[FONT="]as you go down you get the good stretch just as you would with a fly then hammer press it up, ive tried this for like a month and it raised my bench up by 40 pounds and made my chest alot bigger but i stopped doing them because my diet sucked and i kept getting alot of joint pains, has anyone ever tried this exercise im prolly gonna go back to this because my chest has been the same for a while now, still trying to find that mass routine that works for me, its fun ha[/FONT]
