i mean, thats not exactly right either. it will just get him mopre pissed. and hes a crazy little fucker too when it comes to fighting, hes been in about 9-10 fights in his freshman and sophmore year, 2 in school. ive seen 1, i was home watching tv and hes outside on the phone and all of a sudden 2 kids that ive seen before come by and they seem pissed and wanted to fight him, they sed something but i didnt hear cuz the window was closed. i thought he was their friend so i didnt think of anything happening like that. but the 2 kids started holding their fist up. he ran up to both of them, kiccked one in the nuts, punched the other kid in his throat and they were both in pain, he hooked 1 twice in the face and he dropped, the other on was bent over holding his nuts and he kneed him in the face and he dropped, i ran outside and sed wat was going on and he sed these 2 kids came here starting shit with him saying that the kid he fought in school wasnt fair and he sucker punched him or something. but its a god damn fight and those 2 kids came expecting to jump him. thats not the point tho. violence is never the way to solve something and ive been through the fights myself, it does nothing but stir up more trouble. he hasnt been in a fight for over a year, he just learns to laugh at them and doesnt take it seriously cuz most of the poeple here dont mess with him since they know hes a crazy little fuck. hes changed alot over the 1 year when he started working out with me and controlling his temper ont he punching bag.

i did a year well a year ago upstate. i some kids i knew from the party scene that have been and out of lock up since they were 17. they are totally fucked up from it. living in a hard guy fantasy world. from home brew to drugs. it was almost just like being on the street for them. in some ways they used it to kinda clean up form hard core shit like oc's and h. sucks cuz they are nice kids but cant escape lockup. for them it is easy to go back, cuz all their friends are in there. def dont want him to get stuck in that rut

The legal problems your kid is in is the least of his worries.

The larger problem is he is a big time fuck up with no future if he doesent grow up soon. In fact he will likely never reach 25 at his current rate.

I would send him to the boot camp and talk him into joining the marines ( or the army if he is a weakling ). Then if he gets killed at least its fighting for our country. And if he makes it back he will have his head screwed on strait.

Wow the US has some fuked up laws... Getting caught with alcohol and charged.. wtf.. In canada woulda just made him dump it out and give him a ticket at most.. Even with weed they just throw it away and give u a ticket ..I believe if u get caught with an ounce or less of green its $178.00 fine LOl... In Van they rip up small bags of down.. Your being good to your step son, he had to deal with a bunch of asshole cops.. Teens gonna get in trouble and learn the hard way. Bootcamp would be good , But its not nessesary for ur stepson.. He dont sound so bad to me, we all did shit like that or worse..
