State doesnt care about the Dad. All they care about is that there is a father for that child to take care of them finacially......Once you paint a bedroom blue or pink or whatever for your expected baby you have basically assumed fathership of that child and will be responsible for it. End of story. Nobody cares about some Dad or guy trying to get out of child support payments or whatever. Sure it sucks for you but in the big picture only that child matters.
Boy that's the fucking truth.

Maybe DNA testing at birth should be mandatory, just part of the process  boy I bet that would eliminate a lot of cuckholding :lmao:

But what pisses ME off, to absolutely NO end, is these bitches who do nothing but work the shit out of the system and their kids do without. There's just no way to monitor or even help the kids. As long as the mothers provide the "minimal amount of basic care" (which means a roof, some heat, the kids are in a school, they receive state mandated medical care, etc.) it doesn't matter. Depending on the state, it doesn't matter if the kids would be happier or better off with the father, and it doesn't matter if 100% of that child support isn't going to the care of the kids, but is going towards mom's gym membership and Lord & Taylor credit card bill (meanwhile the kids get clothes from Goodwill).

Then this man should be allowed to sue the woman (and win) damages + punitive damages based on breach of contract & fraud.....ergo he pays her a monthly check of say, $500 & she immediately gives it right back to him....
it was 1200
that's a fuckin' new porsche payment

Well whatever the $$$ amount was, dood is owed damages & someone is owed an ass-whooping....

Poor kid.......

If my wife cheats on me, it would not be something huge for me. If she just made an error, we are all humans. If it is something stronger than that, well, good bye and good luck.
But if she tells me that it is my child when it is not, I will not forgive her.

May be he can sue her for committing fraud on him.
I am sure he was devastated to find that the child he thought was his son is not. Claim psychological harm and demand compensation.
Investigate and find the father and sue him for compensation.

Anyone who has doubts, blood type is a simple test. It can't prove paternity, but it can exclude it. Children's blood types are limited based on possible combinations of parents' blood types.

The Florida supreme court has lost it's judicial temperament......end of story. They should have immediately remanded custody of the child over to the father......that's the only fair outcome. The man still wanted to care for the kid......but not have his money go to the cunt/whore. Who elects/appoints these fuckups?? Unbeleivable there is no protection there. I have to have to be dead honest.......I would be so devestated, that no matter what I felt for the child.....I would liquidate my assets to the point where they fit in a briefcase.....and I would be gone.........but before I left......

By contrast, most other states set a one- to four-year deadline for fathers to file lawsuits challenging paternity determinations.

wow that's fucking stupid as hell. I mean, you dont exactly have control over when you are hit with the surprise that the child is not yours. and once you have a DNA tested confirimation that the child was fathered by someone else, why does it make sense to continue being financially responsible>????????
stupid.

As bad as it seems, I agree with the court. They should have gone through all of this during the divorce proceedings. I think the one year statute of limitations provides him with ample time to get the test, etc.
