Dad wasn't dad after all, but still owes child support

I saw something similar to this a few years ago on tv.
I believe the man had three kids with his wife. He found out she had an affair and was afraid the youngest was not his.
Winds up none of them were. He had been raising someone elses children for 14 years.
He, too, had to pay child suport on all three because he was the "Presumed Father".

I think he should legally be able to kill the woman and it should be braudcast on tv for any other women to see what will happen if they do the same shit!

I actually thought you were kidding thats why my laughing smiley. I date girls with kids all the time. Hard not to at my age. I love kids. Especially if they are still young enough to accept you. There is nothing more fun than seeing first time discovery of new things in a childs eyes. Only once did a kid come between me and someone I dated and it was clearly he did not want anyone to be with his mom but his dad. He went way out of his way to trouble her and I relationship and she felt so guilty for leaving his father (She left for a bad reason) that she let her child walk all over her. I thought it was best we parted after that she agreed.

State doesnt care about the Dad. All they care about is that there is a father for that child to take care of them finacially......Once you paint a bedroom blue or pink or whatever for your expected baby you have basically assumed fathership of that child and will be responsible for it. End of story. Nobody cares about some Dad or guy trying to get out of child support payments or whatever. Sure it sucks for you but in the big picture only that child matters.

Then this man should be allowed to sue the woman (and win) damages + punitive damages based on breach of contract & fraud.....ergo he pays her a monthly check of say, $500 & she immediately gives it right back to him....
