I am in the middle of an excellent cycle right now... Its extremely light and I am running much lower doses but feel absolutely excellent and am absolutely on top of my diet and training (as I always am) but at an even higher extent... Here is what I am currently running...

Winstrol 25 mg day

also using a few fat burners... N2burn, 7 Keto DHEA and Lean Xtreme and n2guard for protection as well...
I am also supplementing a few other things that my wife highly recommended to me that I was honestly a bit unfamiliar with...
One of these is called spirulina... Sprirulina is honestly amazing and has so many benefits but the main one being that it is one of the purest forms of protein you can find... It is an algae and can be found in the green foods section at any health store... I have really gotten more into the green and organic route and have notice considerable differences in everything... It an excellent way to keep energy levels high, health and longevity where it needs to be and just an overall sense of well being...
I also started doing two a day workouts... Im doing 45 minutes of fasted cardio in the morning and then the other 45 in the evening as well as lifting and doing two sessions in the sauna each day as well... This method is extremely effective... Here are my updated pics...
