Diet - 20% carb, 40% Pro, 40% Fat
Training for about 7 Years
I take post workout pro/carb shakes, fish oil, and creatine
I'm taking the test cyp for 4 weeks to build levels 800 - 1000mg/ wk
Then I am continuing test at 800mg/ wk and tren at 400mg/ wk for 5 - 6 weeks
I am tapering the the test down over the last 2 weeks.
I have letro, prami, and t3 on hand to help with any estrogen and thyroid issues. I am wondering what the appropriate dosing would be.
