Cutting progress.

My diet varies, but it goes something like this:

- Breakfast: 1-2 bowls cereal, maybe a banana
- Protein shake sometime during the day.
- Probably a grilled chicken sandwich or something similar for lunch.
- Whatever my mom makes for dinner. If it's pasta or steak or something like that, I'll eat like 1/2 - 3/4 what I normally would eat.
- Protein shake after I workout.
- Maybe one more small meal in the evening. Depends if I've eaten the above during the day.

I also run before breakfast 2 or 3 times a week, and do cardio after my workout 3 times a week.
 
Even for the short time you have been cutting, the progress is certainly very noticeable!!! I'd give you more input, but i am at work, and my boss isn't so hot on me checking out pictures of guys without shirts on....

Nice work though!
