Approved Log Cutting Phase Test E Mast E Peptides Cycle Log - Team Prymal

Well said, my energy wasn’t focused on me for FAR too long, glad it’s back where it needs to be

That was incredibly well written and has me fucking pumped up raring to go for the day!

Thank you
Sometimes a small shift in perspective can have such a solid impact on how we see things and what we believe we’re capable of moving forward.

Stay savage brother. One step at a time, keep moving forward and you’ll get to where you want to be. 👊

MENTAL HEALTH: 4.25/10

Went away with the ex Mrs and her family over the course of the long weekend and only returned yesterday. My training schedule this week is completely blown out because of it.

I had a really good time on this holiday but unfortunately it only made my mental health worse. I’m really struggling with this breakup and have a doctor’s appointment booked next week to get a referral for a psychologist.

The holiday made me feel like it was possible to be a family unit still and be in a relationship but the plain and simple truth is that it won’t. A man can only try so hard before giving up any hope at a future where it isn’t wanted in reciprocation.

Oddly this relationship was the best thing to ever happen to me and the worst. It was the best set of lessons I could’ve asked for but it’s going to take me a long time to find myself again, my sense of purpose, my genuine confidence and not the facade I put on for show.

PHYSICAL HEALTH: 9/10

Hang in there bud, hope you’re feeling better soon 🤜🏼🤛🏼
Dam man been there. If you don’t want to wait, you can always book in to see a therapist. In my experience, you just need someone to talk to.

Always here for you if you need someone to chat to. Feel free to dm

You got this shit brother

MENTAL HEALTH: 5/10

Started off the day with a fucking killer workout of chest, back and shoulders and honestly I’d never felt better about my physique even with the water I’m holding in my stomach atm.

Went to the doctors today and got a mental health plan. He seems to think I have high functioning depression so I’ll update you all on the outcome once I have actually spoken to a therapist.

I felt great all day and was super productive with work until about 4:00pm this afternoon and crashed, felt miserable and just no motivation. Now just feeling over the day and ready for bed

PHYSICAL HEALTH: 9/10

No issues again, shoulder issues getting better thanks to the coaching warmups provided!

Just wanted to take a moment to give a massive shoutout to @ChristmasTree7 for the coaching and support so far.

Genuinely couldn’t be happier with how things are going. The workouts have been unreal, everything feels structured, productive and purposeful, and I’m genuinely enjoying training and pushing myself again. It’s been refreshing having a plan where every session feels like we’re actually working towards something rather than just going through the motions.

Beyond the training itself, one thing I’ve really appreciated is the support outside of the gym. Having a coach who genuinely gives a shit about how you’re doing mentally as well as physically makes a massive difference, especially when life throws a bit of everything at you.

The communication, knowledge and effort he puts into his coaching haven’t gone unnoticed, and I’m genuinely grateful to have someone in my corner who wants to see me progress in more ways than just my physique.

Still plenty of work to do and a long way to go, but I’m loving the process so far and looking forward to seeing what we can achieve.

Appreciate you, brother! 🤝💪
