Cutting diet how does this look?

Stats: 6ft, 92kg

Been bulking a while but kind of plateud and stopped adding more and more cals. Got a bit too much abdominal fat so have decided to slowly cut from now till the summer. Doing 5 x fasted cardio per week for 40 mins.

Meal 1
1 tin mackerel
Teaspoon of whole earth pnb
Apple

Meal 2
125g (cooked weight) of mince
50g basmati rice
veg
gravy

OR

5 egg whites + 1 yoke
1 slice w/wheat bread

Meal 3
125g chicken breast
w/wheat pitta
extra light mayo

OR

50g w/wheat pasta
125g chicken breast
pesto

Meal 4
Currently living at home so I eat whatever is cooked for me - is this a really bad move? It is the likes of battered fish, veg and cheese sauce, or corned beef hash/veg, but sometimes is with stuff like potato croquettes and fatty sauces, sometimes lots of pasta and a creamy sauce. Would you suggest cutting this out now and cooking something like steak every evening, or is that being a bit too anal about it all?

Meal 5
1 tin tuna mixed with quark
Handful of dry roasted nuts

So I don't want to lose too much muscle, bear in mind I have 5 months to cut. But I want to be ripped to shreds by then :)

Also, maybe throw in creating? And ECA?
