Try this:
Mon-Chest/Tris
Tue-Back/Traps
Wed-Off.
Thur-Delts/Bis.
Fri-Legs/Abs.
Sat-Off.
Sun-Off.
Do abs more than once a cycle too. Try every other day. Also, no need to work forearms. Do it on back day with your deads... work on static holds after... thats all you need.
