New Routine Need Opinions
Im hoping to add more mass. I just began to lift seriously a few months back and have been eating alot.
Im progressing nicely and just recently broke a plateau.
BTW I lift heavy on all my lifts with maximum intensity.
I try to emphasize mind and muscle connection.
