Hi, im 5'8 about 75kg, been lifting for about 7 years i plan to bulk next week. i was thinking of doing a pyramid of 12-10-8-6-8-10-12 or 10-8-6-8-10 for each of the following exercises. Im using dumbbells because i have a imbalance in my chest and traps.
Chest: D/B flys, Chest press, incline flys, incline chest press, cable flys (or decline press)
Back: widegrip pullups, one arm row, widegrip seated row, lat pulldown.

shoulders: Shoulder press, shrugs, Arnold press, side and front raises.

legs: leg press, calf raise, one legged squat, leg ext, leg curl

Tris and bi's, im still playing around with. will take any suggestions.

Im not doing any deadlifts or squats because i have a small hernia in between my abs and the doc said not to. But said not to worry at this time.

Im starting my cycle next week of test prop 100 eod

Please give me advice

I don't really like it.. You should start off with incline or flat on chest.. not flys.. I would put weighted dips in there too. Also you need to hit some form of rear delts on that shoulder day.

Yeah i was thinking the same. But my co worker suggested flys first
ill had the rear delts. Is there anything intensity wise that should
Be done since ill be on test. This will be my first cycle.

Also how much calories over maintenance should i aim for since im on cycle. I was thinking 1000. Aim for
2lbs a week eatn clean

No way you should cycle, start your new workout routine and adjust it as you go if/when necessary.....

Post your diet......

How about waiting till you get the hernia fixed first before cycling and doing strenuous routine.

Then you'll be able to train properly and won't risk serious injury.

I was 7.7% bf before xmas. The doc said its a small hernia and i dontneed to worry.
Ive already got the test and pct already

My point was if he said not to squat or deadlift then you're not 100%. There is the possibility you hurt yourself more. You probably won't get the most out of your training or cycle. Just my opinion.

^ Listen to him! If you can't train at 100% then why waste a cycle? Just WAIT!
