8am - 1 cup old fashion oatmeal w/ 1 scoop Big Blast protein
9am - frozen shake consisting of 1 scoop Big Blast, handful of strawberrys, tablespoon flax seed, ice, skim milk
10:30am - 1 apple, handful of almonds
12pm - lean meat usually top round steak or chicken breast w/ sweet potato
2pm - 2 scoops of Big Blast protein shake
4pm - 1 apple, handful of almonds
5pm - Hit the gym, 30min of cardio EOD
7pm - 2 scoops of Big Blast w/ creatine
8pm - lean meat dinner w/ vegatables usually brocoli, green beans, peas or a sweet potato
if I get hungry before bed I'll snack on cottage cheese
I'm sure it's piss poor for cutting standards but you should have seen how I was eating before lol.
