i've been on creatine for 3 years now on a 3 month on, 1 month off cycle. I'm nearing my 3rd month right now but also plan to start my ox soon. What should i do. Should i jsut drop my creatine intake form 8 grams ot 5 grams/day? Should i drop it all together? Or should i not worry about cycling this time, drink more water, and take ox for 3 more months along with 3 months of Ox?
