Creatine clumping

I ordered a big tub of creatine online and it's supposed to be the plain stuff that everyone says to buy. The problem is when I try to mix it a lot of it floats and doesn't mix well. I have to take a fork and break up the pieces. Does this mean the creatine is ruined?

Try to get creatine in caps or if you already bought powder, allow more time to dissolve it or use blender, it does not mean bad product
