thanks for the feedback...i dont work 10 times harder than you im sure, ive just dedicated myself to strict form and have seen some good definition from it...as far as diet goes im kinda into the whole foods, wild rices, grains, beans with veggies and chicken, ive decided you can throw anything together put italian dressing on it and call it a salad...but i do piss my friends off when i go to carls jr and put down 2 famous stars 2 spicy chickens, large fries and a slice of strawberry cheesecake...lol
