Countdown to Competition Log......

1.5hrs. cardio(2-4pm)....HIIT...30 min abs

4pm: 1/2c red kidney beans w. 1TBS flax, 1TBS salsa, 1can tuna(plain)

6-7pm: Posing session.....darn Im still going in there...with COTTAGE CHEESE on my a$$!!!!! I hate these "big serbian hips"!!!!!!!! Well, there's less cheese than 7weeks ago, so I guess its not as bad! hehe ---> Still...BIG mirrors on every wall and my competition while posing= disaster on my confidence! :mix:

***Just got back from posing, it didnt go as BAD as I thought it would. My so called competition has not changed too much...I HAVE :) (hehe)

7:15pm: 6oz. Tilapia grilled, 1c broccoli

9:30: 5oz. chicken breast, 1TBS flax

Your journal's are so cute. I hate to break it to your but the fuzzy feeling and also catching a cold can be sypmtoms of overtraining. Are you doing anything for relaxation? Yoga is great for is as well as massage. I think you will do great. Rooting for ya!

Thanks love....Im feeling better already. When ever I have that feeling that something is coming down on me, I drink some airborne and it fixes it all up. Youre probably right ...i could be overtraining but at this point I dont have room to mess around at all. With that in mind, ALL THIS WORK will be up on stage in 4 weeks!!!!!!! my o' my!!!!!!! :mix:

****I do pilates at night...when I dont pass out right away...yoga helped me a lot in the beginning when I had trouble sleeping !
 
6am: 2 cardio breeze( it was NECESSARY...could BARELY move out of bed, let alone GET UP!!!)
6:30-7:45- Cardio....lots of HIIT on bike, stair master, tredmill..I try to mix it up every day
8am: 1/2 c oatmeal(splenda/cinnamon), 1scoop whey
11am: 1/2c red kidney beans w. 1/4c brown rice, 1TBS salsa, 1plain can Tuna
1:30pm: 6 boiled egg whites
3pm:1can tuna, 1c broccoli
7pm:6oz. tilapia
9:30pm: 6oz. chicken breast grilled w. mrs.dash, 1c broccoli

10am: 1/2 med. apple, 2TBS flax-----OFF TO MY weigh-in and BF check----
*I didnt do am cardio this morning...i was afraid of extra water weight(lol)..it seems that I gain at least 5lbs every morning...although I've stopped weighing my self completely b/c it just drove me CRAZY! Just by looks, I'm looking so much better.....I CANT WAIT to post before and after pics....so NO MORE PICS till 4 weeks from now....OH THE SUSPENSE LOL ---Im so freaking goofy this morning.... :mix:
 
Hey Sweetie!....are you sure that 1.5 HOURS of CARDIO isn't too much for you? Are you trying to lose a little muscle with the fat? If you're not, I would think about cutting that back some. :kiss:

What you're experiencing with the appetite loss is what Sassy so lovingly refers to as "the ultimate mind f*ck". Just one of the things that you'll go thru during pre & post comp. Hang in there! :rose:

Thanks...support is NEEDED at this point...very much!!!!!
(I actually do 1.5 hrs cardio like 2-3 times a week...sometimess less....Im trying to BURN off as much as possible ..but Im mostly doing 1hr in the am and then weight training later in the day. I dont wanna lose any of the muscle I dont really have to begin with (haha)...so I'll keep track of how I feel (other than this intense mind f*ck!)------and if I drop a LOT on the scale at once...then I know what I gotta do ;

How far along did you start the cardio breeze? I will have to do cardio at 4 AM *whine* How long does it take for it to kick in?

Not Aries, but thought I'd butt in since I've been popping CB in the morning. For me, it takes about an hour to fully kick in and I take 2 CBs.
