yesterday I had a handful of nuts. WHile ive been home Ive been using 1-2TBS olive oil...dont have flax here .....would the no fat in my diet keep me from losing weight???? My trainer assured me that the diet is good so we shall see just how good it is. :) ....unless any of you girl have a better idea

Did you get your results back from your hydrostat body fat test? Just curious how that worked out...

MY BF is soooo high. I went down 3.5% in the last 5wks. ~22% right now
 
11-12pm: 1hr HIIT....

12:30pm: 5egg whites, 1/2c oatmeal (cinnamon/splenda), multi,vitC,Calcium

----Just got back to school. Here is the day for Tuesday:

3pm: 1/2c brown rice, 1TBS salsa, 6oz. chicken breast
6pm: 6oz. chicken 1cup green salad w. balsamic vinegar
7pm: 1scoop whey, 1TBS flax meal

10pm: sleep....4oz. chicken breast

Today...I woke up kind of late..day off since I had to pack and make a train. I just got back into school and I AM DYING!!! I CANT WAIT to get into the gym 1st thing tomorrow morning.

----10am: 4egg whites, 1/2c oatmeal
12:30pm: 6oz. chicken breast ,1/2c red kidney beans
3pm: 4oz. turkey breast w. 1TBS mustard(TRAIN=BORING)
6pm: handful of nuts, 6oz. turkey breast
8:30pm: 5 boiled egg whites...cooler was a TROOPER today, really came in handy. :p (everyone on the train thought someone took a nasty poop b.c the eggs STUNK!!! HAHA)

11:30pm: 5oz. Tilapia fish, 1c broccoli>>>>I AM DEAD TIRED. I cant keep my eyes open.

I hate this feeling!!!!!! :worried:
 
10:30-12pm----Cardio(HIIT-bike 10min warmup, 1hr stari master, 20min tredmil)
12:15pm: 6oz. turkey breast, 1/2c oatmeal
2:45pm: 6egg whites
4:30pm: 1/2c red kidney beans w. 1/4c brown rice, ~6oz. chicken breast grilled w. Mrs.Dash/pepper
6-7:15---GYM -LeGs
Squats: 70lbsx15 , 95lbsx10 2sets, 65lbsx12
Leg Press: 180lbsx10 2 sets, 160lbsx10, 90lbsx12
Lex Extensions: 35lbsx12, 35lbsx10, 30lbsx10, 25lbsx12
LegCurl: (at this point I was feeling so MUCH LIKE COMPLETE crap that it was sooooooo hard to finish up :worried: )
35lbsx12, 35lbsx10, 30lbsx15----puked a little in my mouth on this one..GROSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was so ready to leave after that. Cant wait till my self is back in order and in check again!

7:30pm: 1can Tuna

-----I MISSED MY PERIOD.....!!!!!!.....Just got in from the doctor and Im not pregnant , so thats good:)

BUt I was supposed to get it Tues. and still nothing. The doc. assured me that its b.c of the weight loss and training. Oh well....I just got on to another BC, hopefully that one will be good for me. The orthro-low was making me 'weird'.

By the way, I have HOT FLASHES ...lol... also from the loss of menstr. cycle and fat loss. But, gotta do what I gotta do. :qt:

****I feel like crap. NO ENERGY....no apetite....still no period. The bags under my eyes are enormous and I think Im coming down with a flu. DAMN IT!!!! Im madddddddddd :evil: Hopefully Ill feel better soon so I can hit up the gym ... must lift weights today!
5:50pm: ~6oz. turkey breast, 1TBS mustard
9:30pm: 6oz. Tilapia fish grilled w. Mrs dash, salad ~1/2c, balsamic vinegar

UGH sorry girl ... seems like everyone is getting something when it's coming down to comp time, I think Hoteacher felt sick too.

Hope you feel better soon ... :) Are you taking any vitamin C ? or something to get you through the day?

Hey hun...well Im not sure whats going on but its pretty obvious. The diet/training are taking a toll on my body but nothing too serious(I hope). I missed my period this month(my BF went down 5% in 6 weeks) and I think that has something to do with my energy levels. They are wayyyyyy down, my training is not as good as it was( I fatigue faster than before...but still kick ass in that weight room...or at least I give it my all :) )

I take 1000mg vit. C every day....what should I consider to 'get me through the day' ??? The diet is still good, Ive finally cut my carbs way down and upped my fat/protein intake. Lately I havent been logging in as good b/c all I seem to find my self doing is sleeping right now when Im not at the gym. Im hanging in there....there's also some discouragement here too b/c I dont think Im lean enough to get on a stage(even with 5 weeks left). (BF=22%....My first BF was WRONG and was mixed up w. someone elses. I was way toooo embarassed to post BF after I found out....it was 27%):rolleyes:

Im bumping the cardio to 1.5-2hrs a day. I hope I dont pass out too much ....Im borderline anemic so when ever I diet and kick up the exercise, I get kinda messed up . I took all the necessary steps to prevent it but you never know(my doctor gave all kinds of horse pills to help me out....like zinc, magnesium, vit. b-6...copper...). Im gonna keep trying .... and I will put pics up on Monday, even if I think they suck :worried:
