1pm: 6oz. chicken breast grilled w. Mrs. Dash, 1/2c brown rice

3:30pm: handful of peanuts and dried cranberries....I was out getting my hair done....so this is all I had.
6pm: 5oz. Tilapia grilled, 1.5 cups broccoli
8pm: 4oz. Turkey breast w. lettuce/onion and mustard

Here are the pictures(as promised).

I guess I am improving but Im thinking that I will be adding in 2 sessions of cardio/day. Im thinking 1hr 6xweek is not enough. .....Ill talk to my trainer soon to see.

Gotta kick those abs' BUTT!!!!! They are invisible darn it! :evil:

Do you have time to do some cardio 2x per day? EDIT: OK, you're thinking of doing that. HIIT early am would help.

Thanks!!!But I need lots and lots more HARD WORK!!!

I do HIIT 1hr. every morning....thinking of doing more later in the day as well....would that make me 'overtrain'? Some people told me it would....

I read that during comp prep AM/PM Cardio is not uncommon. What does your Trainer say? Do you still have one?

The thing with the 'trainers' is weird. I am doing a study with them (for their thesis in exercise science) and in turn they teach me everything they know and help me out when needed. I will talk to one of my trainers on Thursday when I am back at school. I will most likely at least try to do 2-3 days a week with the am/pm cardio~2hrs cardio/day. I would do it every day but since I am in college and have 17credit hrs. this semester ...its hard. I dont know if maybe I should modify my diet????? I am changing Im just not changing enough and not in time....???...6 weeks left...and IM HUGE!

Sorry, I'm a dumbass. I read your log every day, duh.

Haven't noticed much fat in your diet lately - you were using flax oil - do you still take it?
 
Aries, just wanted to chime in and say great job....especially on the 2 sets of pull-ups on your own. Your back muscles must be s-t-r-o-n-g. I think your legs are showing a nice improvement too!

Your dedication is impressive. To be able to keep to this routine with 17 credits in college plus whatever peer pressure you must face is truly an accomplishment. :rose:

Did you get your results back from your hydrostat body fat test? Just curious how that worked out...
