Tell me about it. Its been a realy WEIRD week for me....looks like youre in a weird mood too just like me :mix:

9:30am: woke up...drove my sister somewhere
10:30-11:30 GYM......1hr Cardio(HIIT Tredmill 15min, 30min HIIT Stair master(this one kicked my BUTT!!! , 15min stationary )

12pm: 1egg, 4egg whites w. mushrooms/onions, 1/2c oatmeal(vit.vit.C, Calc)
3pm: 1/2 brown rice, 6oz. grilled chicken breast
6pm: grilled chicken breast 5oz., salad
9pm: 6oz. Tilapia fish grilled w. Mrs.Dash, 1-2c broccoli (cooked)
11:30pm: 3oz. turkey breast wraped w. lettuce/onion/mustard

11:15am: 1/2c oatmeal, 5egg whites
1:30pm: 5oz. Turkey breast
3:30pm: 1/2c red kidney beans w. 1/4c brown rice, 6oz. grilled chicken breast
7pm: 5oz. smoked salmon(no sodium added) w. 1tbs Dijon mustard+ 2slices low carb wheat bread(40cal, .5g fat, 6g carbs 7g fiber/slice)....not the greatest but I am out at a friends house and this is all she had.....should've planned better
10pm:5oz. smoked salmon(plain)

***Had a sugar free 10cal jello-snack cup

Day off today..feeling guilty that Im letting my self be lazy but I need the rest ;)

9am: 1/2c oatmeal, 5oz. left over chicken brst.
12:30pm: 6oz. chicken breast , 1/2 c red kidney beans
3:30pm: 6oz. Tilapia fish and salad
6:30pm: 6oz. turkey breast
10pm: 5egg whites w. mushroom/green pepper/onion

No - guilt is when you haven't trained in 3-4 day (like me)! I've been so stressed out that I just couldn't get there. Definitely going today though!

If you need the rest - rest!
