I got sick halfway through mah chest/tri workout yesterday, I did all the chest exercizes, but I could only do heavy weighted dips and JM presses for tris.
I usually do around 4-5 exercizes for tris, today they fell kinda sore but its almost absolutley next to nothing.
could I possibly work a few tris in tonite, or should I wait a few days?
