Cool New Products to try for those not competing....

Found a couple very cool things at the grocery store today that are "diet" friendly.....

Flavor Ice (remember the Popsicle-type thing in the plastic as a kid??) now makes a SF version sweetened with Splenda - they are 5 cals for 2....

Walden Farms also makes dips that are SF, FF, cal free, etc.....I picked up Ranch & Blue Cheese - haven't tasted them yet, but they may be good in a potato salad or coleslaw....

And Fresca makes a Black Cherry Citrus diet soda.....yum!!

On the topic of Walden Farms, I'll give a big thumbs up for their chocolate dip and chocolate syrup. But it's important to remember it's 0 cals for 2 tbsp...it's easy to overdo it with these.
